The Board of Directors for South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) meets bi-monthly for a meeting in public. It comprises seven Executive Directors (including the Chief Executive) and eight Non-Executive Directors, including the Trust’s Chair. The Non-Executive Directors hold the Executive Directors to account for the day-to-day running of the organisation. The Board, as a whole, determines the future strategy for the Trust, taking into account its engagement with Governors, staff and stakeholders.
The next Board meeting in public is being held virtually using Microsoft Teams on Thursday 26 May at 10.00hrs. This meeting is open to everyone, including Foundation Trust members, SCAS staff and Governors, as well as members of the public.
Further details along with a copy of the papers for the meeting will be available to view on the SCAS website approximately one week before the meeting.
