2024 Annual Members Meeting
Join us for our Annual Members Meeting on Wednesday 23 October 2024. The meeting is online from 5.00pm to 6.30pm. For details of how to join please email company.secretary@scas.nhs.uk
The meeting will include the formal presentation of our Annual Report and Accounts for 2023/24 and talk through highlights of the year and plans for the future.
Foundation Trust membership
As an NHS Foundation Trust, we have a public membership with around 4,000 people from all walks of life across our patch. All our staff are also members.
Being a member means you:
- Receive regular news about our work and events.
- Can get involved in helping shape our services.
- Can take part in electing our Council of Governors.
- Can run for election as a Governor.

To join, you must be aged 16 or over and live in (or have a connection with) Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire or Oxfordshire. Complete this form to become a member. The data you supply will be used only to contact you about the Trust, membership or other related issues and will be stored in accordance with the current Data Protection Act and our own Privacy Notice.

Foundation Trust governors
Our governors play an integral role in running the trust and representing the public. Each governor has a constituency and is committed to talking to local people to make sure your voices and opinions on the Trust are heard. The Trust’s Constitution sets out the principles of how the Council of Governors operates.
