Community First Responders, Trevor Viddler and Simon Tidgy, attended a community Health Fair at Medina Mosque on 8 May, supporting local residents and working alongside partner organisations to promote health and wellbeing within the community.

Although attendance at the event was relatively modest, the team had the opportunity to engage with several members of the local community, providing advice, support, and information about health and emergency care services. The conversations and support offered throughout the day were warmly received and greatly appreciated by those who attended.

The event highlighted the value of partnership working and the importance of being present within local communities to provide practical support, encourage prevention, and strengthen relationships with community groups and residents.
