South Central Ambulance Charity was delighted to be invited by Chairboys star, Luke Leahy, to hold a fundraising collection at Adams Park ahead of Saturday’s League 1 fixture against Reading.

The gesture was made as a sign of the appreciation of Luke and team-mate Brandon Hanlan, for the help and support South Central Ambulance Service gave to both players throughout their injury treatment in the recent game against Stevenage. As well as a collection at Adams Park, Luke has also kindly donated a No 10 shirt, signed by the whole squad, which is being raffled for the Charity.

To be in with a chance to win the signed shirt, simply text WYCOMBE to 70215 and you can choose to donate £1, £5 or £10; each £1 donated counts as one entry into the prize draw. You can also enter the draw for free without donating. More details here: https://www.wwfc.com/news/2023/november/21/luke-invites-sca-charity-to-collect-at-reading-game/

Vanessa Casey, Chief Executive at South Central Ambulance Charity, said: “I would like to thank everyone who has already donated to our signed shirt raffle – we are off to a flying start! Thank you to Wycombe Wanderers and Luke Leahy for their generosity inviting us along on Saturday.

“We look forward to seeing everyone at the game. Funds raised from the raffle and donations on the day will support our South Central Ambulance Service colleagues and our community first responder volunteers who provide emergency support across our community.”
