Oxfordshire County Council ‘Be Supported’ Questionnaire

Apr 8, 2022 | Members e-Bulletin

Oxfordshire County Council would like feedback from all children and young people in Oxfordshire, aged 8 – 18 and up to 25 with additional needs, about how supported they feel by the services they use. Young people are encouraged to complete this year’s questionnaire, even if they completed one in previous years.

The online questionnaire is available to share with children and young people, until it closes on Sunday 24 April: letstalk.oxfordshire.gov.uk/Be-Supported-2022

Oxfordshire County Council would prefer the online version to be completed where possible, but there are also 3 PDF versions which can be printed out, and completed on paper instead – all of which can also be downloaded from the link above:

PDF versions available

  •  An exact version of the online survey for printing out
  • A more accessible Easy Read version of the survey for printing out, for those aged 8 – 13
  • A more accessible Easy Read version of the survey for printing out, for those aged 14 – 18 (and up to 25 years with additional needs)

Please note that if any of these 3 PDFs are printed, completed paper versions of the survey need to be returned by the same deadline: Sunday 24 April.

Instructions for return are included in the surveys, including a ‘Freepost’ address, for which an envelope will be needed for posting surveys back.

Alternatively, completed surveys can be scanned and sent as an attachment to: consultations@oxfordshire.gov.uk
