Katie Kapernaros

Katie has 30 years’ experience in I.T. with 14 years at executive level, managing large (3000+) complex service teams serving multiple clients. She has lived and worked in London, Sydney and Singapore and now has a portfolio of board roles, including at Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust. She has been a Non-Executive Director since 2019.

She has managed many large digital teams and programmes, including the Sydney Olympics. As well as corporate governance experience, Katie has also been active in the voluntary sector, serving on a charity board and various sports committees.
