Registers of interests
We require anyone to declare an interest which may cause a conflict in their day-to-day work.
The Trust asks that all decision-making staff, defined as those who are on Agenda for Change pay scales 8d and above, as well as those who can influence purchasing or contractual decisions make an Annual Declaration of Interest (even if they have no specific interests to declare).
Per statutory guidance and in line with the Trusts Constitution, we publish three Registers at least annually.
