We’re pleased to announce that after 18 months of hard work and dedication, our teams moved into their new NHS 111 centre, Partis House, in Milton Keynes, in November 2023.
It was announced last year that the lease had come to an end at the Marlborough Court site. Project board and workstreams were set up, and the search commenced to find a new, suitable site, that could cater for our specific needs, while providing resilience both now and into the future.
The new building provides a modern and improved work environment for all who are based there. In late October 2023, our Clinical Coordination Centre (CCC) Education and Audit teams moved into their new educational facility which, from November, became the base for the team to train both new and existing staff who work at Partis House.
The new building has a new contact and education centre dedicated for call centre staff with improved contact centre design layout to support a better working environment and staff welfare and enhanced data protection and privacy.
