Welcome to South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS)
We provide traditional 999 emergency services, as well as non-emergency patient transport services, NHS 111 services and logistics, commercial and training services across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex, serving a population of 7 million people.
Demand for our services is increasing every year and in the last 12 months we attended 565,000 incidents for 999, over 1.2 million calls to NHS 111 and undertook over 800,000 patient transport journeys.
I am incredibly proud to lead an organisation where staff and volunteers continue to deliver high standards of patient care and help ensure we deliver safe, effective and responsive services in sometimes challenging circumstances.
