Got something to tell us?
There are a number of ways you can get involved in surveys. You may be asked to give your feedback through a survey or it may be sent to your home address (with your consent). Alternatively there may be online surveys on this website in which you can take part.
You may also be invited to take part in projects where your opinions and views are of vital importance.
Your feedback is important to us and will help us to provide a quality service which meets the needs of our patients. We would therefore be grateful if you could find a minute or two to fill in these quick patient surveys.
Annual member and patient survey – listening to your views

Our Member Satisfaction and Patient Care 2017 Survey is now closed.
We want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete our annual survey.
We received nearly 550 responses over the last month. Every response is so important and the feedback will be at the centre of our plans.
A summary of the results will be included in the autumn 2017 members’ newsletter and will also be published on this page.
