Cosham Fire Station Open Day hosted an open day on August 6. SCAS attended with George Carr, Emergency Care Assistant, Peter Morgenroth and Carol Carter, Community First Responders and two vehicles.
George Carr said “It was a good day and very busy, we had people waiting for over an hour to see around the vehicles. Families enjoyed looking around the kit in the ambulance and sitting in the front, and we answered a lot of questions about what we do both from children and parents. We also set up a CPR station with the training AED which was very popular.”
